We recently stayed at Agritursmo-Marcampo. Great place just outside of Volterra. It is in the Rick Steves Italy Guidebook. Did a cooking class with Claudia that was great. She is very helpful, and friendly. Excellent breakfast and wonderful views from the breakfast room.

Looks very nice. Love that view on the patio. No prices listed...if you have to ask you can't afford it? We are putting together a trip for the fall & want to stay for a week or so in the area.

For our room was €110 per night and included breakfast. They also offer an apartment for €129 I think. Claudia is very responsive.
