Looking for 2. nights, $400-$700 per night, Old Venice style, off the Grand Canal, walkable to Rialto Bridge, Canal view/terrace would be a BIG plus. Thank you

Recently stayed at Hotel Kette and enjoyed it very much. Our regular room had a view of a side canal, other rooms may fare better. Easy walk to St Marks , and much more. Best coffee in Europe on my 4 week trip (a low bar as it turned out, but still very good.) Excellent breakfast! This may be at the low end of your budget but worth a look. https://www.hotelkette.com/rooms/.

Pensione Guerrato would be a good option for you but it doesn't have an elevator.

Al Ponte Antico... checks all you boxes... amazing place! Wife and I stayed here in '22 and it was our favorite Hotel among all others we stayed in during our Italian travels. Great suites, patio overlooking Canal and Rialto... super owner/staff.

Stayed at The Hotel Saturnia last October. Enjoyed both the hotel and the location. Can arrange private water taxi from train station to hotel and back. Helpful staff and nice little bar.
