Trento restaurant recommendations

This past April we enjoyed a dinner at Fosterbrau Trento, on Via Paolo Oss- Mazzurana. It features Bavarian food and Bavarian specialties from the Trento area. It is also a micro brewery. We sampled lots of different foods and beers. The interior of the building is very attractive.

I think I recall eating at the same place. Forsterbrau would be the correct spelling, as Forst is a local Suedtirol beer. Fosterbrau sounds kinda Australian.
