The Isabella Experience in Tuscany

We would highly recommend the Isabella Experience. This is truly an authentic Tuscan experience and we had a marvelous time!

We spent ten glorious days roaming around the hills and the villages of the Val D’Orcia in Tuscany using our apartment, Il Cielo at Le Casine di Castello in the small village of Castelmuzio as our base. Accommodations were fantastic; it was a pleasure to come back to our little village and experience dinner on our patio or at the wonderful village restaurant just a short walk away.

We took advantage of the Dolce Vita Stay that Isabella offers to enhance our experience and we were not disappointed. It felt like Christmas in July when we first arrived, baskets of local fruit, vegetables, cheeses, wine, limoncello, coffee, cream, breads and more! We would highly recommend adding this to your must do list.

Isabella and her team are marvelous hosts, her family are gracious and made us feel very welcome. This team is very experienced, lots of fun, and they have a zest for life and passion for their home that is contagious. We met new friends who were staying at Cretaiole, the ancient farmhouse in the countryside near Pienza, we learned how to make pasta, experienced an incredible wine pairing dinner overlooking the vineyard at sunset and so much more. We could never have achieved this taste of Tuscany on our own.
