Suggestions of place in Tuscany/Umbria region to relax by pool/lake

I am hoping to stay at a villa/vineyard or similar to relax for a few days after my Italian vacation. Preferably with a pool or lake. I'm thinking in the Tuscany or Umbria region???

I'm sure people will recommend Lake Trasimeno and I'm glad they enjoy it, but it left me cold for some reason. On the other hand, I loved the look of Bolsena when we once drove through there (not even stopping!) and that's where I would go. It's just outside Umbria in Lazio.

We had a good experience staying at Castel del Lago on - you were right!- Lake Trasimeno.
Or by a pool, Radda in Chianti, Relais Vignale. Lovely setting.

Many years ago we did a culinary tour of Tuscany & Umbria. We did stop at the aforementioned Lake Trasimeno, but did not stay there. Instead, we stayed at Costello Di Modanella-Serre di Rapolano. We spent 3 nights, did cooking classes and enjoyed the cuisine from the region. They have a lovely pool and picturesque views. We had a well equipped apartment. Many good reviews on Booking.com. Fond memories of our first time in the region. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=&ved=2ahUKEwjfs9Lw3In9AhUiLzQIHbyyCj0QFnoECA0QAQ&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.castellodimodanella.it%2F&usg=AOvVaw1_n3dHhbPzHnx-z5GyAOyY

We have stayed at Villa di Piazzano just south of Cortona, and are staying there again this year. Simply sublime and elegant with excellent service. Not inexpensive, but so worth the splurge!
