Can anyone recommend some good restaurants in/around Santa Margherita Ligure? I would like to go to a nice restaurant while we are there, but I do not want to get dressed up every night, so some more some on some more casual places would be appreciated as well. Thanks!

SML is one of my fav places on the planet! I love Trattoria da Pezzi-family fun, love their lasagne, and all the local specialties.
For a tad bit more upscale, but SUPER comfortable, I enjoy Ristorante Karalis, for pasta and local seafood. Check them out on their websites-I know you will not be disappointed.

We are back from our trip. We did find a restaurant that we liked, Il Patio on Via Palestro.
The food was good and the pries reasonable for the area.
