One of the two best dinners on our 2 week trip. We split the pasta carbonara, which was out of this world, and the Filetto di manzo alla "Sophie", a Beef fillet stuffed with prosciutto and topped with Parmigiano. Both were excellent choices. We spoke to some locals who said this was their favorite restaurant in Rome and that they visit it often.
Excellent service. We lucked out and got a table (only one open and it was by the kitchen). Highly recommend reservations or you may not get a table.
