Rome restaurant Cul de Sac :(

I recently traveled to Rome and used Rick's Italy travel guide extensively. Cul de Sac, a restaurant right off the Piazza Navona, was recommended and we went there for dinner one night. The wait staff was RUDE. I like and use Rick's advice to drink the house wine in each restaurant and when I ordered house wine at Cul de Sac the waiter said "we have 1001 bottles of wine, just pick one." He then proceeded to ignore us for most of the night and to put our food order at the bottom of the list. Several tables around us came in, ordered, ate, paid and left before we got our 2nd courses. We were there for 1 1/2 hours trying to eat antipasti and a main course. I thought it important for the staff to know, so as to NOT recommend this restaurant in the next Italy/Rome guide.
