Does anyone have any experience with this restaurant? Does it take reservations? Is the view of Rome excellent? Good food?

We stopped there for lunch after touring the Castel on a blazing hot day. Definitely amazing views. It was awhile ago so I can't speak for how the food would be now, but ours was just fine. It was a great location and just what we needed at lunch time.
