I am starting up this discussion again because I, like many others before me, am still looking for a legitimate email address for the bed and breakfast Casa Rabatti in Florence. I am perplexed because I read posts regarding this issue from a couple of years ago....and one of the responses was from the RS team stating that the email address casarabatti@inwind.it is no longer valid. However, that is the email address that continues to be published in the RS Italy 2016 book. I am truly frustrated. Can someone please give me information about this? There must be a way to contact this b&b owner. I continue to see reviews out there for the place so it is obviously in business. So, if someone can help me by providing a website or an email address I would appreciate it. Thank you.

Krislyn, it's possible that Marcella doesn't have any availability for the time you need or that she's waiting for someone to translate your email. You might try emailing in Italian or phoning--after preparing your speech in Italian, of course. I haven't stayed there since 1998 but I'm sure she's just as sweet as always!

I see my reply from two years ago that said "we don't have an updated email address." That did not mean the one provided was incorrect. As far as we know, it is correct but phone may be the better way to contact her.

Here is the phone number for the B&B +39 338.1534159. In looking at Tip Advisor and googling I found a website; http://www.casarabatti.it/en/, but you are going to have to understand Italian to use. She appears to be a sole proprietor who runs a small B&B that looks like a neat inviting place. She may not even use e-mail anymore. I would call her, but have your Italian phrase book ready.

Just returned from Florence and stayed with Marcella. Very nice accomodation.
This is the email address I used to communicate with her. Also her daughter and son-in-law speak a bit of English. Marcella does not.
