Hello! Our hotel in Rome is the Dharma Luxury - we are coming in a day before our tour begins. Does anyone have restaurant recommendations near this hotel? Thanks in advance!

peggy, take a look at Ristorante del Giglio, Via Torino 137. Should be right down the block from your hotel. We enjoyed dinner there a number of years ago, and since it is still well-reviewed, we've made reservations for our first night in Rome this spring.
Also there are some good places on Via del Viminale, which runs parallel to Nazionale, but further east. We were staying at the hotel Sonya a couple of years ago on a RS tour, and could always find a good meal on that street. (Bar Washington sticks in my mind; we had good pizza for lunch there, and a nice dinner the next day.) In fact, about 4 or 5 years ago we were in Rome on a weekend, and Via Viminale was the only place close to our hotel (the Aberdeen, that time) that had places open on Sunday evening.
Oh, one more in that neighborhood: Ristorante Terme di Diocleziano, also on Viminale, a bit further north, I think. We've had a couple of very nice meals there in the past (but they're closed on Sunday!)
