Restaurant recommendations in Palermo, Cefalu, Taormina and Oritigia

i can only comment on Palermo. We greatly enjoyed Osteria Ballarò. For lunch, if you can, get arancini take away and walk around the sights as you munch.

For the places I listed below- I would recommend on-line or email reservations. Each was so delicious! This is making me hungry thinking about these places... Enjoy! The food in Sicily is incredible!

Palermo- Agree with Osteria Ballaro!

Cefalu- In town- Triscele or Brama. Both delicious.
also- La Calette Reef Club - which is a short taxi ride away from Cefalu town and located in the hotel we stayed at, La Callette. La Cala Reef is outdoors and looks over the sea. Romantic atmosphere, delicious food. There is also a very expensive restaurant on site here but we didn't try it (Cala Luna).

Taormina- Osterio Rosso Divina-such delicious seafood

Ortigia- Cortile Verga- The atmosphere here is magical (especially after dark). Even if you just stop in for a fancy cocktail. But they have amazing bruscetta and other light nibbles. Its in an old beautiful courtyard. This was one of my favorite memories of Sicily.
