Looking for moderately priced (not cheap) in Florence. Have been many times to Chinghle Bianco and I'm trying to get a reservation there but can't book till 10 days before.

We had lunch at Ristorante Toto near our hotel and like it. Moderately priced as you asked and food is delicious. We also tried Trattoria Osetria Dall'oste SMN steak house. It's more expensive but a must try if you never had Florentine steak before.

I second periscope's recommendation for Zeb. I wished we had time to go there twice, and it will be a must-visit on future trips.
We also enjoyed the seafood-centric Burro & Acciughe (https://www.burroeacciughe.com/en/), and we've been very happy at Cibreo (https://www.cibreo.com/en/cibreo-restaurant/) on two different visits.
