I was at a restaurant which was in an underground place close to coliseum..I can’t remember the name does anyone know it?
Probably Le Terme del Colosseo. Ristorante Pancrazio is also in a subterranean setting but it's near Campo de' Fiori and not the Colosseum.
(I haven't personally been to either.)
We were at Le Terme del Colosseo first trip after pandemic with a tour group. Food, service and show/singing was FANTASTIC. Of course, Italian wine make all things better...
The place I went to they did their pasta in a round vat of Parmesan cheese ?
Might have been the pasta alla forma at Trattoria Vecchia Roma, although it's closer to Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II park than the Colosseum. The indoor dining area is below street level.
