I arrived in Rome the night before my Heart of Italy tour. I was staying at the Hotel Sonya and needed a place to eat that evening. The desk clerk recommended a restaurant around the corner from the hotel called Trattoria Antica Boheme. It was a nice surprise. The wait staff were very nice and had a little English. The food was excellent and the prices reasonable. I had the spaghetti carbonara and the osso buco. It seemed like a family style place with interesting photos on the wall. Also, seemed to be a number of locals in the restaurant which is usually a good sign.
