Hi
I’m looking for a hotel under $300/night near the train station for one night so I can get to airport for an early morning flight but still walk to the city center. No frills needed…just the basics 😁

We stayed here a few years ago. Nothing fancy but nice. https://www.hotelmarios.com/. Very close to the station.

We stayed at the Hotel Aldobrandini (https://www.hotelaldobrandini.it/who-we-are/?lang=en). Nothing special but really well located, right across the square from the Capella Medici, about a 5 minute walk from Santa Maria Novella station.

We stayed at Hotel ilBargellino last year and are staying there again this fall. It is an easy walk from Firenze SMN and all the city center sites.
