This is a wonderful, small hotel in the beautiful city of Ravenna. Well located in the scenic town section, about ten minute walk from train station. Our room ( Gemma Giallo) was well priced, spacious, cozy and the bathroom large with a huge shower with more nozzles than we could figure out. There is a restaurant for dinner or the included breakfast - juices, pastries, cold meats, cheeses, made to order eggs; lovely patio area, and a bar which serves a huge selection of tapas-type offerings during happy hour, seating indoors or on street side tables. The service was exceptional. Everyone was cheerful and helpful. We were caught in a Trenitalia strike from Rome to Ravenna, and were more than relieved to find smiling Matea waiting for us at the door at 12:30 AM. "Welcome to Albergo Cappello! I see you have experienced the Italian public transportation system which does not serve the public." Everything was now OK. I recommend this hotel heartily.
