My husband and I will be staying over night in Ragusa for 2 nights - June 23, 24. Any recommendations on what area of the city to stay in or specific hotel, apartment or B &B recommendations are appreciated. We will have a car, therefore, access to parking, even if it is a bit of a walk, is required .

There is a free car park at the base of Ragusa. We parked there for 2 or 3 nights and our hosts drove down to get us and our luggage to bring us up to the hotel, which was in the ZTL, limited driving zone.
We loved our stay at Hotel Sabbinirica, which is an 8-10 minute walk up the stairs from the free car park.
We stayed at Terrazza Dei Sogni and loved it. We had a nice sized, spotlessly clean room. The breakfast was excellent and there was the possibility to eat it on their absolutely stunning terrace. The price was quite reasonablyeand the staff very helpful. There is parking within a half mile or so. We dropped off our luggage and the manager (Perhaps owner) rode with my husband to locate the parking. It wasn't that hard but we arrived during a busy time and we were tired from the day.
we loved our stay at Il Giardino sul Duomo -- we had the junior suite with a terrace, right above the breakfast room. I think if we had stayed in a smaller, less private room we wouldn't have had as good an experience. great location behind the Duomo, and easy to walk up (and down) the many staircases to the other side of town. we had a small car and easily found parking on the street right next to the hotel.
