I’ve dined at Trattoria del Tribunale a number of times and never was disappointed. It’s on Vicolo Politi, 5. Great gelato at Gioelia Cremeria about a half block away 32 Str. Luigi Carlo Farini.

I also really like the Gioelia Cremeria in Parma and also in Cremona, although it’s a softer consistency.
I haven’t tried several restaurants to compare, but my favorite is La Forchetta near the Parma Cathedral. You will need reservations. I ate there again in June 2022, and everything was excellent!
