Best gelato I've had in Rome spanning 3 trips. A locals place on the via Príncipe Eugenio near the Termini. Purchase first, then go to the counter to make your selection. Absolutely delicious.

Totally agree, Palazzo dei Freddo is a wonderful gelato option. We patronized it daily when last in Rome. It is definitely worth seeking out
