I have stayed at this apartment hotel twice, once in 2012 and again in 2016. It is really wonderful. Clean, huge rooms, full kitchen, very quiet. It is in town, about a two minute walk to the piazza and duomo. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a particularly good value if you are traveling with friends and family, as several units offer 2-3 bedrooms. I'm looking forward to my next stay at the Palazzo Bellarmine for certain! Oh, and parking is free.
