We just spent two nights in Orvieto. We went to two restaurants recommend by our B&B and both had excellent food.. The first, Trattoria del Moro Aronne, was a bit more upscale and is listed in Rick's book. Definitely a very nice place to go for a meal. The second, Trattoria Mezza Luna,, is not only a back door restaurant, it is back alley. If it was just not around the corner from our B&B we never would have found it. It is a small place with only 10 tables. My wife and I each had an antipasta, shared a pasta dish, each had a primi course, my wife had desert, and we had water and a half liter of house wine all for 44 Euro. The address is Via Ripa Serancia, 3. I have made a suggestion it be added to Rick's book.
