We are spending 1 night in Pisa. Recommendations on a non-touristy restaurant?

Griglieria Le Vettovaglie.
It is in the Piazza delle Vettovaglie near the center of Pisa. Not far from the Ponte di Mezzo where it crosses the Arno River. We ate there three years ago when we had a flight cancelled out of Pisa and happened upon this restaurant. It was very good. It is a very small restaurant on kind of a plaza which added to the ambience.
We were staying at the Hotel Royal Victoria and it was very near that hotel.
