I think I'm set for our pre-tour stay in Palermo (Centrale Palace Hotel), but I ran across a reference to Novocento B&B on Via Roma in the Lonely Planet guidebook. Anyone have any experience of this place?

The Novocento is owned by one brother and a B&B in the building next door is owned by the other brother. We ended up in the Novocento by mistake until it was discovered that we were supposed to be next door! Having seen both places, we both thought that the other one next door was a bit nicer. The host was amazing, super kind and helpful. If you'd like me to dig up the other place, let me know. It's a simple place, very clean, and each room has its own small bathroom/shower room down the hall. Both places are well-located to explore the old quarters of Palermo.
