My “go to” restaurant in Torino is Pastificio de Filippis. Gre@t food at reasonable prices for lunch or dinner.

Congratulations, such a nice way to spend your anniversary! We are in Turin now and really like Bon Parej, just off the Piazza Vittorio Veneto, very near the Po. The restaurant is a family owned, very authentic Piedmont cuisine, lovey owner and staff. Great care is taken with the preparation of the food as well as given to the guests. https://www.bonparej.it/
In Milan, we enjoy the Brera area and have had good experiences at New Art Ristorante & Pizza as well as Trattoria Torre di Pisa. Navigli is another area with several restaurant options.
