Hello everyone. I was looking for a hotel near Termini for 1 night in October, and came across what appears to be a new hotel called "The Hive". They have only been on Booking.com since June and the images on the website appear to be architectural mock-ups. No reviews exist yet. These are all red flags that would make me pause in making a reservation unless someone is aware of this hotel and can verify that it is legit? If it is indeed a newly done hotel it looks beautiful.

I would have no concerns other than how much construction may still be continuing and at what time to expect that morning "wake-up call." And maybe confirm that the plumbing and AC are both operational.

Hotel Aberdeen is also within walking distance of Termini. It’s a great place to stay.

Rione Monti Suites is a great location and the people who work there are super helpful with tourist information. The restaurants and cafes nearby are wonderful!
