We will be in Sorrento 2 nights then to Naples for one night before our early flight at 7:30 am. I need suggestions for a safe hotel that we can get to the airport easily early in the morning. Are the taxis good for transportation? Thanks

Since nobody has replied, I suggest you go to booking.com or other websites and shop around. There are hundreds of hotels in Naples and I'm sure most of them are safe. One hotel has "many police" staying there. Check with tripadviser.com to find out what others recommend. You could stay at the hotel that is at or near the airport. A taxi to the airport should work. Find a taxi stand first and take an "official" taxi. The distances in Naples are not great.
