Montepulciano--Rosso Rubino Trattoria--Great food

During our five night stay in Montepulciano, my husband and I ate twice at Rosso Rubino. First time was on the recommendation of our hotel owner, the second time because we enjoyed it so much. They are fairly new and don't have a lot of foot traffic going by, but all the courses were outstanding. Each time we shared a starter of various pecorino cheeses with fruit compote, and branched out from there. Homemade desserts topped off our meals, ending with Limoncello. These were probably among the best meals we've had in our two weeks in Italy.
