Hi, going to Milan next month, any recommendations for special experience for risotto and pasta ? Anything what would really stand out from ordinary (and still excellent level) in Italy ? I wonder if there is for example some fusion with asian style...

Had a great dinner at a place called Osteria Conchetta in 2023. Best ossobuco I've ever had, and the tagliatella dish was delicious; it's the one place I'll recommend reflexively to anyone going to Milan.

Check out Ratana for excellent risotto. It’s a Stanley Tucci recommendation. Great service and a fun atmosphere too!

IYO Restaurant, but now that it's starred...
ps If I were you I would avoid Tucci's recommandations.
