Has anyone stayed at the Hotel Berna Tower? My husband and I will be in Milan in mid August and after seeing the recommendations for the hotel went to their website. Found an unbelievable deal with breakfast for 4 nights but it is in their Tower which is a separate building. Has anyone stayed in the Tower? How far from their main location?

It is fine! Right across the street and perfectly good place to stay. You still get the same great breakfast in the main building.

Hotel Berna does have a wonderful breakfast, and I appreciate how close they are located to Milano Centrale to take the train or metro.
Yes, the tower is across the street. Terra Gelato is just a couple of blocks away, too! : )

Never stayed in the "tower" (that is new to me) but have stayed a few times in the Berna. It is close to Centrale, and I used to stay there in the past when I had business in Milan. (And living in Bern at the time the name intrigued me...)
Good hotel. I liked the way they let you configure your room. Don't know if they still do that.

I stayed at Hotel Berna in the building across the street, so apparently I was in the “tower.” It was quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.
