Can you recommend a hotel to stay at that offers beautiful views. Taking my 30 year old for her birthday. Don’t know where to stay or what town. Traveling by train from Rome.

Hotel Porto Roca, sits on a bluff in Monterosso, offers full sea views! Also has a wonderful restaurant with big views too.

I will second the above post, Hotel Porto Roca is awesome, the views are dramatic and restaurant is on a rock cliff over looking the ocean! There are cheaper places in the town but my wife states that of all our trips to Italy this is one of her favorite memories.
