Hotel Flora or Novocento (or ALA)?

Both these Venice charmers run by the same family are available for our dates in Venice and I'm trying to decide which one to spend three nights in. Welcome any informed opinions. I also see that UNAHOTELS ALA seems to be well regarded by RS forum and is in the same price range with availability, so am considering this as well.

Thanks!
Andy

Hotel Flora is nice. It is near San Marco which we usually avoid due to crowds but we weren’t bothered by its location at all. Good breakfast. We have stayed at Novocento hotels in other Italian cities and recommend them too but do not have personal experience in with the one in Venice.

Hotel Flora is down a little alleyway so there isn't the heavy traffic one would expect. But still minutes from Piazza San Marco.

I've had two rooms there. The first was on the center courtyard and had too many plants for my liking out the window (too many flying bugs). They then moved me to a room near the front and it was fine.

I was there in 2016 or 2017.

We stayed at Hotel Flora a few weeks ago. It is about a five minute walk to St. Mark’s Square, but set back from the street with a lovely garden, so it is an oasis from the tourist crowds. We had garden room view which was spacious with a little table and chairs. Our friends also had a garden room view with a coach. The garden is lovely place for breakfast or a drink in the evening. The staff is so helpful. They arranged transportation for us, met us at the water taxi, and helped us with recommendations throughout the stay. We would stay there again.
