Hello
Using miles our flight leaves Naples Italy at 6:00 am. (What was I thinking!!!!). Is there a decent place to spend the night really close to the airport?

Naples has fixed price taxi rates to the airport (print out the PDF to wave at the driver in case of dispute.) I wouldn't worry if you have to stay downtown. I'd pick a hotel grand enough to rely on their having pre-ordered a taxi. Next question is whether there's any food at the airport at that hour. For hotel reviews, and mileages from the airport, I use TripAdvisor.

There is a Holiday Inn Express by the airport. They provide a free shuttle (less than 10 minutes) but not sure how early it runs. The airport also has a train station to take you into Milan so you can stay here and still get into the city. We just spent 2 nights here and spent 1 day exploring Milan.

I think we may have taken that same flight out of Naples last year. Stayed in the center of the city, but the taxi ride to the airport took only minutes at that time of day. It felt surreal, but there we almost no cars on the road in Naples at 4:30 AM. The airport was barely awake when we got there.
