We've stayed at the Hotel Tiber in Fiumicino, which has inexpensive shuttles or can arrange transportation if their shuttle schedule doesn't fit yours...it's a great location if you have a little time as well, town is cute and along the river, lots of very good restaurants...
Someone is sure to chime in with hotels right at the airport. Or you can use the search bar and type in "FCO hotels" and you'll get lots of threads. THIS lists posts from the past year.

Hotel Tiber is great and costs way less than the hotels at the airport.

I booked boutique Hotel Castrichella for our stay last April, but we had to cancel the trip so I cannot review it. I probably would book it again if we are flying out of Rome.

We used the Hilton, literally steps from the terminal building, for our early flight. We had to leave so early that we missed their breakfast, but I’d definitely stay there again.

The Hotel Tiber was very close to the airport. The rooms were basic, clean and functional. I stayed there last August. Getting to restaurants, ATM, and a market was easily walkable. The hotel airport shuttle was available for a fee.

I tried to make reservations at Hotel Tiber, but they were booked. we are staying at Fly Deco. It came pretty highly recommended.

We stayed at the Hilton Rome Airport in 2022, and it is just about a perfect location if you have an early morning flight.
