Top notch all the way around. We stayed here earlier this month. The reviews are true.. Beautiful hotel, well located for walking the town. Sparkling clean, with the best customer service we have ever experienced. Spectacular breakfast buffet. We stayed in the off season,so it was extremely affordable.. The grounds were very nice.. I'm sure in the summer they are even prettier! They were so gracious they gave us a wonderful upgrade without asking.

We stayed there in October some years ago and absolutely agree that it's a lovely property with top-notch service. The garden around the pool area was especially nice for kicking back with an adult beverage from the bar after a long, warm day at Pompeii. We spent several memorable hours there lifting beers with a large and very lively (!!!) Irish clan who were in town for a wedding; a favorite memory from that trip! :O)
(Spring for a Comfort Room or better if you can swing it. The extra space is nice! )

We stayed there 6 years ago in December and loved it! Isn't the breakfast buffet amazing? We had a full week in the hotel and felt like we were leaving a friend's home when we left because the staff was so nice. The breakfast waitresses even gave ma good-bye hug.
Sorrento is beautiful at Christmas.

Oooh, yes!! And such a sunny, pretty room and terrace.
Service: We had a 4:00 AM shuttle to Naples to catch an early flight, and they not only offered to call them for us the night before, to make sure the van would arrive on time, but presented us with thoughtfully bagged (and unrequested) breakfasts when we checked out. They made a note that we'd be leaving before the buffet was open.
Honestly, while everyone seems to want accommodations with a view of the sea, this place is SO nice that we didn't feel the least bit shorted. Highly recommended.

Thanks for the nice reviews. My wife and I are staying there next March. Most reviews concur it is a very nice hotel with caring customer service.
