We stayed at the Hotel Accademia in July, and found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful. After we returned from our trip, my 15 year old daughter discovered she did not have her wallet. We knew it was lost or stolen somewhere in Italy, and figured we wouldn't see it again. I emailed our hotels, just on the chance they might have found it, and Hotel Accademia emailed me back right away to say they'd check with housekeeping. The next day they emailed that they had found the wallet, and asked for my mailing address. They mailed it back to us in the US at no charge, and we got it within days of the first email. My daughter's high school ID and the gift card she had in the wallet were still there -- nothing was missing. What great folks!
