Rather than waiting for the long Italian explanations when you call to reserve the underground tour(011 39 06 399 67 700) press 5 and then 0--will probably save you at least 5 minutes on the call.
FYI,reservations has been having system problems and you may have to call back(I got through on the third try) and all reservations for 14 November have been cancelled because of a strike threat. Also, reservations closes at 6 p.m.(noon Eastern time).
