I will be staying at the Hotel le Clarisse al Pantheon in Rome in the last week of February, 2018. What was your experience? And tell me about the lift. Does it go to all floors?

Kathleen, I have not stayed there but a run through online reviews turns up mentions of one wing of the hotel not being equipped with a lift. If this service is a requirement for you, I would contact them directly with your accessibility request.

It is a little funny to think that some readers on this site put so much faith into reviews written here...but have doubts when reading reviews on TripAdvisor or Booking.com when in fact many of those doubtful reviews are written by the same people who contribute the reviews here on RS site.
