Great hotel in Florence, Italy

Hotel Europa Firenze was a fabulous place to stay in Florence, Italy.
For a reasonable price, my room opened up onto a sunny, quiet courtyard with birds chirping and a view of the Duomo. It is very quiet at night too. The hosts/owners are delightful and very helpful. The breakfast has a choice of many items, including protein and is included in the hotel price. It is very centrally located only a few blocks from the Uffitzi in one direction, the Duomo in the other, and the train station too. As a solo traveler they helped me feel at home in a foreign city! English was perfect, making communication easy for me.

Sounds like a lovely place. We are planning a trip for next May/June and I attempted to get a price on trip advisor and the hotel web site but it doesn't appear they are booking that far ahead or they are already booked.. If you don't mind my asking what is the price range so I know whether I should keep it on my list or not? We are travelling on a budget and are trying to stay below $190 per night including taxes. Also, how far in advance did you book this hotel?
Thank you for your help.
