Gluten free in Positano

My husband and I are doing a shore excursion from Naples with Mondo Guide that has a one hour stop in Positano. We are hoping to grab a quick bite to eat for lunch while we’re there. Any recommendations where I can grab a quick gluten free lunch?

My secret to finding a restaurant with gluten-free options in whatever city is to use this phrase in a browser as my starting point:

“gluten free CityName”

I usually get some ideas. If not, it’s off to the nearest gelato place! Win-win!
