Eating in Sicily

I will be traveling to Sicily this October. Does anyone have any restaurant recommendations for Terrasini, Palermo, Erice, Trapani, or Agrigento?

Palermo: Il Mirto e La Rosa
Appetizers, Entrees and Desserts - all were delicious.

I also liked Il Mirto e la Rosa. Originally a vegetarian restaurant (it no longer has that limitation), so the veggies were especially interesting.

We enjoyed 3 meals at Giada's restaurant on Via principie di belmonte Just last month.
This is very central and on a pedestrian only st. In Palermo.
Veal and caponata dishes were great.

In Trapani, we very much enjoyed Ai Lumi Ristorante.

In Agrigento, my daughter and in enjoyed dinner twice at Ristorante Perbacco, on Vicolo Lo Presti, when we were there in May 2013. Ate outside the first night; the next night was cool and rainy so we moved inside. We had spaghetti Alla carbonara, gemelli with salmon, and pasta with cream and mushrooms.

It's also listed as Per Bacco on TripAdvisor, and my review is in that listing.

In Erice, my very first dinner in Sicily was my finest and most memorable: at Ristorante Monte San Giuliano. I had the wonderful Couscous with Fish and Sauce, followed by delicious Grilled Lamb Chops with pistachios. Oh, to be there again. Erice was my favorite spot in Sicily, especially during the misty early morning and evening!
