Looking for a cooking class in Rome. There is just so many so would love to narrow it down.
What sort of class are you looking for - pasta or pizza, seafood, carnivore, vegetarian. Full meal or different dishes?
Pasta probably.
Try Convivio Rome, it's in the countryside just outside Rome and makes a nice day trip. They will pick you up at the local train station.

We did the cookingclassesinrome.com with Chef Andrea, and I recommend it. He taught us some dishes including making a pasta. I really appreciated his intro of teaching us what was “tourist food” - which most of us ate the night before the class - LOL! Vs. how to have a local dinner meal. Even his explanation of seasonal food vs. how we approach our US grocery stores at home was helpful.
If you haven't already booked, I'd recommend this one: https://www.eatingeurope.com/rome/trastevere/pasta-making-class/ we had Toni as our chef who was on and won some version of Italian MasterChef which was fun! Super engaging and learned a lot.
