Near Termini, close to the recommended Hotel Selene, we found ER Buchetto. Via del Vimiinale 2F. The only choice is porchetta: as a sandwich or "a tavola": sliced and served on wax paper with bread on the side. House wine (we had the red) was terrific. 3 Euros for a sandwich. The restaurant is small, seats maybe 10, but sandwiches can be ordered to go. We had 2 sandwiches, one order of sliced pork, a carafe of wine, sliced tomatoes, olives, marinated artichokes and a great conversation with the delightful owner for about 20 Euros. The best meal we had in Rome, definitely the most fun! Restaurant has been in the same place since 1890!
