We shopped at a ceramics store in Orvieto near the Duomo. All but one item was shipped in good shape. One was chipped, however.
We purchased insurance, so I emailed the store directly to get a replacement. It took a while but I received a perfect replacement today! No questions asked; no hassle.
Really appreciate their integrity, and love the items we purchased!
