My husband and I will be in the Trentino Italy area at the end of May 2018. We will be arriving by train in Trento and renting a car for 3 days. We have been looking for a real castle to stay in as our base, but are having a hard time finding one. Under $200 per night would be great. We will be driving through the Dolomites and then to Bolzano to see the Iceman. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

This one sits above Bolzano. Don't know if it counts as a "castle", but it does have a stone tower you can stay in. Seems to be in your price range.
