Spending 4 days in Emiglia Romagna end of this month. Will have car. Would like to visit each of these paesi. Need recommendations for B&B (quaint, under $100, close and convenient proximity) Also need restaurant recommendations. Prefer local cooking and small, family owned ones. Outdoor dining is also a plus. Grazie

I see you haven't received any replies, so I will at least share the hotel in Parma where we just stayed. Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati is next door to the Parma Cathedral and Baptistry so no better location! It was $95/night. They offered us a private tasting event of their famous meats, cheese and balsamic vinegar which we really enjoyed, too.
