Best Tour operators and term for the Colosseum, Undergroun d and Forum

"Best" is a subjective term but a search of the forum will turn up suggestions from other travelers who've booked tours. Here's the list of threads from the past 2 years:

I might caution you about booking tours which include the underground as they're the most likely to have to cancel or experience a change of the tour date/time due to the extreme difficulty of getting tickets which include it. You can see down into a good part of it from other points above so I wouldn't stress about accessing that particular part.

We used a private guide for San Clemente, Vatican, Pantheon, Colosseum, Forum - we used her for 2 days. She also is a guide for the Rick Steves tours - she was excellent.

Walks of Italy is good if you are looking for more of a large group tour.

"Best" is subjective. Is it best price, best guides, best sites...?

We've used https://www.througheternity.com/ 3 times over 2 trips and loved each tour. My recommendation is to find a tour that not only includes the Colosseum but also the Forum and Palatine Hill. I thought the last two were far more interesting than the Colosseum.
