B&B Smart in Rome, enjoyable stay

Just returned from our short trip in Rome. We booked at B&B Smart and were very pleased with both the comfortable rooms, great price and the really kind, helpful Isabella. She was extremely helpful, showing us the best places where to eat, how to get to the Vatican, Colosseum.. like a local guide. If you are not sure where to stay, trust me stay here.
Her house was spotless and we definitely enjoyed our comfortable stay!

Ciao!
We also stayed in B&B Smart. We were a family of 4 and we also very enjoyed the accommodation.
Huge family room with en-suite bathroom, everything was brand new, very clean and the price was very reasonable.
Isabella cleaned the room daily and brought was the breakfast directly in the room in the morning at the time we pleased. Wifi also worked very well: fast.
Highly recommend!

Am I become a cynic? First time poster mallinkorted posts a great review of an hotel. And exact one hour later another first poster just happens to find review and this time conveniently provides web site. But karlmicheal's english is just a touch off. If the first poster had included the web site, then you might think the first poster was advertizing but two first time posters for the same place is amazing.

Actually, Frank, the first post was in November so the two posts are weeks apart. But I did share your skepticism nevertheless.

Well, I am a first time poster as well. But my husband and I stayed at B&B Smart in May 2013 for our 10th anniversary and also loved it. Super convenient to the train station. Lovely airy room, and Isabella was very nice and helpful. They run a second B&B that is close to the Forum (called Downtown Accommodation according to the email confirmation I just went back and checked). Because our 17 day itinerary included a Tuscan bicycle tour, we ended up having to split our time in Rome. First 2 nights we stayed at B&B Smart and did the Vatican and some museums. Second 2 nights we did their other location. We actually preferred B&B Smart near the train station (though the other location was fine), and if we had to do it over again, would have just done B&B Smart for both halves.

I stayed at Smart B&B last year after the RS southern Italy tour for 2 nights with 2 friends. The large room with in room bathroom was plenty big for the three of us. We were very comfortable. As other posters mentioned, Isabella was a wonderful host. I am returning to Itsly next week and I am staying there again at the start of my trip and again 4 weeks later before I return home.
Very convenient location, easy to walk from Termini and easy to walk to the Colloseum and other attractions.
