Hey everybody.
My wife and I just returned from a trip to Europe and feel we should let people, including the folks at Rick Steves, be aware of this wonderful place (B&B Quattro Cantoni) in Siena, Italy. We originally contacted a lodging recommended in Rick's book but it was booked. Found this one on Trip Advisor.
This B&B is on Via San Pietro about a 3-minute walk from the Duomo. It is run by the friendly, responsive & helpful Alberto & Maria. They operate 3 clean, comfortable & characteristic rooms. Prices average 100 EUR/night. Check out their website for more info.
It is one of the top places we have stayed at during our visits to Europe. Please consider it if you plan on sleeping in Siena.
Hi!
Glad to hear you had a nice trip! The place looks amazing!
Did you get to use their WiFi connection? What's it like?
Do they also have a parking lot?
Hi Unboundly.
The free wifi was consistently strong (perhaps because it is a small place). The same cannot be said of all European accommodations.
No parking lot. I think visitors with cars have to park near or outside Siena's medieval walls.
