I welcome any recommendations for a 1-2 night stay September 22/23 at a B&B or other reasonably priced accommodation in Milan near Via Hoepli 6.

Ellen, You might get better results/more attention to your query if you post in the Italy section. Also, please define “reasonable.” Some would say €250 is reasonable. (I would not.) Be aware Milan is expensive and staying outside of the area you mention might be prudent to save a few Euro.

I have no clue where that address is. A good and reasonable Milan hotel is Albergo Leonardo da Vinci Hotel near Cadorna Station and “The Last Supper.”
